Flavours of India is one of
the famous Indian restaurants to open in
Regina and is certainly among the best
known, both for its great prices and great
food. The cuisine is East Indian.
Cooking is an art that comes straight

Flavours of India was established in
2006 thanks to the idea and the stamina
of enterprising Indian couple, Sukhi and Balli Josan, who
have been in Canada for many years.
Located in the centre of Regina, FOI
is the perfect place. You can either
have a quick meal or a more formal dinner
in an elegant yet comfortable ambience,
where service is truly professional.

to India, to its flavours and colours.
At Flavours of India you will find
a wide selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian
dishes. We only use fresh ingredients
and follow traditional recipes from
authentic Indian cooking.
We also offer fixed menus for lunch
buffet starting from $11.99 which is
available Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM.
